Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase. This policy explains when and how refunds and cancellations apply to Academy Pro services and training.

01Training courses

Self-paced training courses come with a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied and have completed less than 25% of the course, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

Cohort-based programs can be cancelled for a full refund up to 7 days before the start date. After the program begins, refunds are not available, but you may transfer your seat to a future cohort once.

02Done-for-you services

For advertising, targeting and accounting services, you may cancel before work begins for a full refund. Once work has started, we refund any portion that has not yet been delivered.

Monthly services can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.

03Add-ons

Add-ons are refundable before fulfilment begins. Once a creative set, audit or support period has started, it is non-refundable.

04How to request a refund

  • Email support@academybus.pro with your order details.
  • Tell us which item and the reason for the request.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

05Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory consumer rights under applicable EU and Polish law. Where digital content is supplied immediately with your consent, the statutory right of withdrawal may not apply.
